Shipping and Transit Times

 Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. We offer free Fedex Ground Shipping for all domestic orders with a subtotal of $500 or more. All orders ship from our warehouse on Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends and or holidays. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of being received and processed through designated financial channel or bank. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Packages can not be re-routed. Your package will be shipped back to us after three delivery attempts. For some areas of New York City and Los Angeles your package will be shipped to secure distribution center for a local distribution. For purchases made through Affirm, Paypal or Paypal e-checks additional clearance time might be required. Some of the transactions require additional fraud verification. Only after such verification is complete we will send the package. 
We do not re-route packages. Direct signature is always required. We recommend to ship to an address where you can physically accept  the package during the day.

All International packages with the rates shown above are shipped through DHL Express or FedEx Express.

Shipping to Russia: Due to new Russian custom regulations every calendar month we can ship a value of products not to exceed $1100 in declared custom value  for a single customer with FeDex Express. Such limitation on import is imposed in all areas of Russia but Saint Petersburg and Leningradskaya Oblast. UPS carrier can ship anywhere in Russia and monthly import limitations are not applicable. We do not ship with DHL to Russia.

Delivery Signature Confirmation

In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a direct signature upon delivery for all orders shipped from Designer Vault's warehouse.

 International Customers

Please note that all items entering countries outside the US are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws. The buyer is responsible for all custom and duty fees and  other expenses to import the purchased item.

All orders to international destinations are still covered by our 14 day return policy.

Return and Refund Policy

We guarantee the authenticity and condition of every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within the first 7 days of purchasing for a full refund.

Don't love your item? No problem. We have a no questions asked return policy. All we ask is that you do not remove the Designer Vault tag attached to your item and that you return the item in the condition you received it. We ask that all original papers and packaging accessories are to be returned. 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Item

All our packages are insured at a full value. We track package to ensure safe delivery to you. If upon delivery your product is damaged or stolen, lost in transit or was never delivered, please contact customerservice@designer-vault.com for further assistance.

 Cancelling An Order During Shipping

 If your item is in transit and you would like to cancel it for a refund, you must wait until we receive the package back at our warehouse. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please refer to Return and Refund Policy for details on the refund.
